"Dome Car 1 " (above & below) travels with the CSX Safety Trains. The car has a generator and air compressor to operate the different domes which are built to simulate leaks. The car was built in 2007 and it is used to teach emergency responders on how to apply different " Capping Devices" such as a " Midland Kit" and "C Kit"
